- Put the leftover pulp in a blender and add the resulting liquid to it. Make sure to clean the straining cloth as you will be using it again.
- Now strain the juice again after blending.
- You will get at least 650 ml-700 ml of amla juice.
- If you find the consistency very thick then you can add 1 cup of water to it. You can store it in the fridge for 15 days.
- While serving this juice, you can also add two tablespoons of honey and a pinch of black salt to give it an amazing flavour.
